We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused , with tags , and in its original packaging, You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All orders will take up to 4 days for processing. During this time your candle will be created, packaged, and shipped off to you. Orders are shipped out through UPS/ or USPS and will have a tracking number. Shipping may take from 5-7 business days before arriving at your home.
